    My first offerings

I really do like the sweep of those head/tail-lights as they draw your gaze to the distant lights. Nice one!

    Cockerham Sands

That first one is a belter! Perfectly serene scene.

Is a super wide angle lens suitable for astrophotography?

Spiders! that's a cracking shot! No light pollution apart from car headlights I guess?

    Lonesome tree

No. 2 for me. I like the strips of light a lot, and what could've been blank space to right holds interest due to that thick, heavy cloud formation.

    Gatesharthdale Beck, Lake District

[Title should be: Gatesgarthdale Beck] Just a short walk from Buttermere, at the bottom of the Honister Pass

    Derwent water, lake district

Lovely shot, with very nice composition, and I really like that gentle mist. Well spotted!

    Oops, I finally did it...

I had a numpty accident going up Catbells in the Lakes last September with my 5D Mk II (with 24-105 and lens hood attached) attached to tripod. Had it slung over my shoulder, but knew I should've bagged it... clambering up a few rocks, off it slipped...bang, bounce, down it went over a few rocks...

    Under the Night sky

I do like that! It's quite different seeing the stars curving in different directions.

Thanks for the critique. I did increase colour temp a little in the RAW converter, but now you mention it, the fields and hills in the distance do look a little cool.

Swanage Old Pier - Long Exposure

Very nice. I'd be interested in seeing that as monochrome too.
