Hi, I am a novice when it comes to camera equipment. Want to buy a Canon 1100d Eos for my wife. We have a non digital Canon Eos 500n with the above mentioned zoom lens (ef 28-80mm). Can this lens be used on a digital camera like the 1100d? So does it make sence to buy just the camera body...
