    Which pocketable camera?

Well the first 16mm arrived and totally disappointed me, but I returned it and luck had 1 appear in Oxfam for £60 .. works great The one from CEX had serious focus issues, could only get a sharp picture using manual focus. Anyway, it squeezes into my jeans pocket Got a mate to 3D print a...

    Which pocketable camera?

I've just ordered the old much maligned Sony 16mm pancake for an NEX 5N I .. found in a drawer. It's already tiny with my Zeiss 35mm 2.8 but this should be truly pocketable. Yes, it's old, but see how it fares. Didn't bother with the 16-50 as it zaps battery life on an already limited camera...

    Which pocketable camera?

I found the X100F useless if you need AF-C, sold it and went for the A7C with Zeiss 35 2.8 - not pocketable and neither was the X100 Ricoh GR is about it unless you go 1" e.g. RX100 range.

"Is this camera still worth it in 2022?" What a strange thing to say.

I mean, it’s what influencers try to do and why camera manufacturers send them their latest models - nothing mind blowing. Just nudging along consumerism.

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

Thanks, X100F any interest? What I'm thinking of replacing with a Z6

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

My main worry, did it get heavy, bulky feeling as you went around? still pondering

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

What about the 24-50? I feel the 24-70 would be worth the weight at times when I'm not using a prime or smaller/slower zoom is all. The Z6 and 24-70 f4 are still over 600g less than my old D600 combo so I'd be happy with that!

    Nikon Z* mirrorless

Hey Z gang, I had been trying to replace my X100F with something but I haven't really enjoyed any APSC stuff, I keep thinking about my old D600. Would a Z6 be a good equivalent to the D600 in image quality? I used to use it with the Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 I can't stretch that far these days for...

Why I like rangefinder bodies, big hooter friendly!

Full frame questions (Canon RP / Sony A7c / A7ii) help and advice needed

Appreciate it. Was focussing on the weight a lot but ergonomics important for me - as I have a few hand issues. I will give the Z6 a go next if the Fuji doesn't deliver after I try it with an AF lens. Quite a few affordable primes being added to Z now so it's looking like a decent system.

What did you end up getting? I have ab X100F but it's not good for our newborn. AF is frankly pretty bad unless AF-S Tried an a6400, AF is amazing but didn't like the output, didn't seem to be an improvement in IQ (35 1.8 used) so returned it Currently trying out a Fuji X-S10 .. waiting on...

The Fabulous Fuji X owners thread

Thanks, I didn't know about usedlens. Does anyone do grey import Fujis these days? Last new camera I bought was a D600 so I'm out the loop!

The Fabulous Fuji X owners thread

Had an X100F for ages. Just defected to Sony for the a6400 for that tracking and autofocus. Well, it's the real deal but I hate the camera's output in other respects .. colours, IQ etc.. Back to Fuji. Going to try out an X-S10 if anyone selling or knows a good deal on one!

    Panasonic TZ100

Thanks, this HX90 has a popup EVF and it's pretty annoying. Popup and pullout before you can use. I keep putting the camera to my eye and realising I haven't popped it out. Good point. Fuji has me.using muscle memory!

    Panasonic TZ100

I only just got a cheapo Sony HX90 and realised I like a big zoom but... the sensor and overall speed is pretty rubbish. Dithering between TZ100/TZ200 or go for RX100 VI .. I currently have an X100F but think I might sell it as a don't use it much as the size makes me not bother. Just enough...
