Is it my eyes or was the photo of the red flower in front of the white wall oof? It looked to me like the wall in the background was sharp and the flower soft, at best.
I'm surprised nobody mentioned it, not even pointing it out and saying they liked it because of that.
Aye. I had the same thought, but thought half a rotation didn't seem enough. I suppose I'll have an idea when I actually put a roll in and turn the winding knobs.

There isn't a window on the back (something I just about remember from using film cameras years ago!), but there does seem to be a sprocket marker.
I'm assuming it's one full revolution per frame.
My OH bought me one of these in WHSmiths in Truro while on holiday a couple of weeks ago, for me to make one rainy afternoon in the tent.

I had been looking at the Browning ones on nature spy originally, but wavered and went for the cheaper option from Amazon, mainly because I didn't know if I was going to find anything in my back yard to justify the cost. Lesson learnt.
Yes I can see how that can happen, but I set the camera to 30 sec clips with a 2 minute gap and when I retrieved the files, the time stamps were almost exactly every 2 and a half minutes, so it just kept shooting a new video as soon as it could, nothing was there, except one clip in the morning...

The problem I have with the winning photo, is not just that it is staged, but it looks so staged, and not very imaginatively either. Not a great shot IMO.
