how does it compare to the speedlite 430ex? It's only £80 or so more expensive and will probably have better resale.

I currently has a 600D and am trying to find a flash for it, I'm a little confused on the terminology. Ideally I want to use wireless flash, I have seen YN-568EXs on ebay, which appear to be compatible as slaves, does this mean the flash will work out of the box wirelessly with my 600D? Or...
