I've left lightroom deal with that so not sure. I see, I'll need to look. I thought using lighroom would be best option

Hi silly question due to me being a bit OCD and nothing being ever perfect. I got a Canon G650 which I find is pretty great quality/colour wise (I'm not after pro result just printing holidays photo). If I choose a margin of 0.3" all around when the picture come out it is clearly not 0.3" all...

A quick word after a few weeks. I did go for a desktop with i7-12700, RTX 5060, 32GB ram. All in a black case very discrete and quiet with 3 fans at the front and 3 fans inside. The PC builder use my 2 SSD which I already had to built the PC which I sent by the post. Installed Win 11 with all...

Just running away from laptop just now in favour of a desktop. In the past I had two Thinkpad and they were truly amazing, one is still running on windows 2000 at a friends house. Then I got tempted by some gaming laptop because specs (cpu, gpu, ips screen, good cooling...) seemed to be best...

Thank you. I found someone that built PC and talking with him to find something fairly good. I'm sick of Pre-built laptop that comes with tons of bloatware and brand software that try being clever but just creates problem. I'll let you know. The i5-14400 is a tiny bit cheaper than the i7-12700...

trying to find a desktop for lightroom. I came accross these two choices? which is best for lightroom? i7-12700 more core but a bit older and a little less clock speed i5-14400 less core but a little more recent and slightly faster clock speed. would I see a difference between the two for...

Hi all! I bought a second hand OMEN laptop last year and since day one I cannot manage to run a stable Adobe Lightroom classic on it. I have honestly giving up on it. it's ok for everything else but it does not like Lightroom. I'm looking at desktops. My top budget is £800 but cheaper would be...

Still no luck, I cannot be in Lightroom for 5 minutes without it crashing. I'm trying to get in touch with support from Adobe but cannot see how to speak/phone/contact a real person.

Ok, on my way to work in a minute. A bit of positive improvement let's hope it last! I have force to reinstall win 11 24h2 (repair) and it seem to have gain back it's screen resolution and so far the sounds seems better again. I really hope it is better now! But don't have the time to try. To...

From what I can see, I am unable to download an individual driver, but I can only install the AMD Adrenalin software (version 25.9.1, the latest stable version; version 25.9.2 is not fully tested). Then the software tells me all drivers are up to date. Feeling really stressed about this. I...

It seems that the OMEN GAMING HUB controls power modes, keyboard lighting and fan speed options. I will potentially take it away. I like the lit up keyboard but I'd rather a working laptop if it comes to this. Lightroom seems ok now and display the graphics card as compatible and working in...

Thanks, To answer your question, my new laptop's SSD is 500GB, and it has 250GB of free space. In my old laptop, I have a 2TB drive, which I hope to transfer to a new one when I no longer need the old one. It's been going horribly wrong to be honest what was a little unstable is now total...

I had problem with my old laptop so bit the bullet and bought a second hand omen 16 with these specs: AMD Radeon RX 6600X (8GB) AMD Ryzen 7 5800H 16GB ram I'm having problem in Lightroom. I've update all I can and including the OMEN gaming hub which I found is a rubbish bit of software. It's...

Phones are really good for sunset. When I shoot with my full frame I need to underexpose massively to not get a fully exposed sky and sometimes the only way would be to bracket then stack in software which I do not usually bother with. The phone is excellent at gently doing HDR without you even...
