What tripod and head for macro work?

I was thinking of the Manfrotto 055XPROB but I wasn't sure what head would be right for doing macro.

What tripod and head for macro work?

I have just brought a macro lens and I am now looking into getting a tripod and head for it but I am unsure what to go for. Could anyone recommend a tripod and head which is not too expensive?
