Photomechanic have a version to organise photos etc

I use Sophos and has been very reliable for years

Synology are good and allow for expansion later if you need

Synology NAS can certainly do this

I would go with the Synology apps for this as seems requirements would fit them You don’t really need much tech knowledge to set up. They provide a method of connecting without needing to change the router etc I can dig out more details if you need later when back home
