Still think the Sigma 100-400 f5-6.3 is a better bet ;) Another very underrated lens IMHO

Its a lens I use on my a1 and occasionally on the a7cii I love the focal range. f4 doesn't bother me one bit. I've rarely shot at f2.8 or faster in all my photography days

    Post processing software poll

If you look at the extreme edge half way down you will see an arrow. Click on that and the side panels are hidden

I start off in either LrC or PL9 then finish off in Photoshop with the odd tweak in ACR. I for one don't grudge the Adobe subscription Photography package ;)

The rear wheel is dual purpose, Toby Press the centre button and it can be used to cycle through and make adjustments such as ISO, Drive Mode etc. Press the button in the middle again and then you can move the focus point

Probably the best "bang for the buck" lens I've bought. It only cost me £150 new. Here are some examples shot on the a7cii Please keep in mind that I'm not a shooter that examines every section of an image - I'm easily pleased and I'm certainly pleased with this wee lens  ][/url]River...

    Aultbea...NW Scotland

Lovely area!! Enjoy. The wife of an old departed workmate of mines came from Aultbea BTW, 14C is an ideal temperature for me. I can't cope with too much heat. Remember, todays rain is tomorrows whisky

I use a Mac and haven't noticed any difference. OR, perhaps they weren't sharp to begin with    I'm not one for using GM lenses as apart from build quality and price, I couldn't see any difference. I never shoot wide open either. I had the 24GM but sold it soon after as I...

Large 1024 for my landscape format shots. 800 for portrait format shots. I haven't noticed too much degradation

Beginner DXO PR 6 & PL 9 to denoise

I find PL9 NR to be far better than Lr and Topaz. I started with PR4 then upgraded to PR5 not realising that PR is part of Photolab. When PR6 was released, it was a few months before Deep Prime XD3 was integrated into PL9

    AI in Post Processing

I use Generative Fill quite a lot to expand the canvas. As for adding things like houses, mountains etc into an image, this is a no go for me. However, removing things from an image with AI I do a lot
