    The Last Frost

Yup Geoff - exactly right :)

    Panasonic GX7 or Olympus PL5

I have the GX7 and love it. The EVF is bright and has good coverage, and the fact that it tilts is a bonus. If you are into these things there are a load of features such as a very usable pano mode as well as a time lapse mode built-in. I have the standard 14-42 kit lens, the 20mm pancake and...

Who can explain the Turing Machine?

Bletchley Park is a great place to visit. I have included a shot from there that they used in their 2010 calendar. Reading the beam by -Brian Smithson (Old Geordie)-

    The Last Frost

It was a flying visit Geoff and the weather closed in, but I did get this: Pevensey Castle by -Brian Smithson (Old Geordie)-

    Porthcawl Lighthouse

Great set. Number six wins it for me

    The Last Frost

Like this quite a bit, especially the touch of colour in the clouds. I visited Pevensey myself last year - quite a nice place for photos.

    Time on my hands

Spot on product shot with just the right amount of light. I see you have also set the dials to nine after ten - apparently the best time to display a watch face for maximum impact.

    Your best landscape photograph 2014

Not a vast landscape but a magic experience finding these at Dockey Wood in May http://flic.kr/p/nne3Wh

    Re Shropshire

Another good place to visit in the area is Blists Hill, a townscape of Victorian buildings that usually have people dressed in costume and all of the buildings have quite authentic dressings

    Beamish Iron Works

It's marvellous for a day out and, if you get there early enough, not many people in your shots ;)
  13. Old Geordie

    Bottle and Broken Windows

I like both, but the second has a 'feel' about it that I like. Is there a touch of HDR in that shot? If so, well done!

    A selection of dereliction

Super set of shots. I really like this kind of subject. Shots 1 and 3 work best for me. Particularly like the repeating light coming from the doorways in #1
