Hello Sd card problem

The answer to this is probably really simple...But. My friend has a Pentax K100D and he recently got a Fuji sd 4gb card. But it shows 999. The only setting below that is 372 for RAW. How can I reset things for the correct amount of available images to be displayed. He's update his...
