Need a new windows desktop computer

Good information there. Also worth mentioning Scan Computers and Mesh. Although I've not used them, they always seem to have decent PC's and components in stock.

That's longer than they usually are - mind you the quality of components and build is really good. I think my build was 7 days last time.

Plus 1 for Chillblast. Their build quality, pre & post Sales advice and technical backup is brilliant, The last one I bought lasted 10 years and I got a new one last year. They do a range aimed at photo processing.

Are you a member of a local camera club?

Yes, people form their own attachments in clubs, whether it be by age group, genre of photography, previous friendships, whatever. We have a small committee who double up on tasks and you're right, there's a varying amount of input from people not on the committee, but, whenever there's...

Are you a member of a local camera club?

I belong a fairly small club in East Yorkshire. We have a weekly meeting via Zoom at the moment and can't wait to get back to the pub where we normally meet. Our programme is much the same as all the other clubs - visiting speakers, internal and external competitions, exchange visits with other...

    Lightroom V10 update issues

@alan72: There have been a number of issues with the most recent Adobe updates, some relating to permissions. I raised a case with Adobe and one of their engineers remotely sorted it out for me. Now working faster than before. See conversations on Adobe support site.

If you can find out the name of the software that enabled you to do that I'd really appreciate it please.

    Photography Club Scoring system

Thanks Dave, we've looked at both of those but were rather hoping someone was using a phone based app system to get rid of keypads and to be able to use a large number of members for judging purposes. I've asked in other forums as well and the fact that you're the only person to reply tells me...

    Photography Club Scoring system

I'm looking for an app based, multi judge scoring system for ouor photography club. We're currently using a scoring system generated by keypads but have decided to upgrade our laptop and wanted to explore the possibility of an app based system. Does anyone know of one on the market at the...

The Fabulous Fuji X owners thread

If I want to stack and blend images I use Photoshop - like you I have active Adobe subscription and am used to doing them that way, similarly with panoramas. I don't think there's a decent plug in for either of those in C1 but would defer to those who know different.

The Fabulous Fuji X owners thread

Having had both versions of C1, I found out when I had the Pro Fuji version that I could open .RAF files but not the older .CR2 files from my Canon days so had to buy the full version so I think the answer is, it is brand restricted unless you get the "full" full version.

A good source to buy from - I've had a few refurbished lenses from Fuji Shop and they're usually as new.
