It's good practice to take the battery out now and again to check for pillowing. I've had SEVERAL 3rd party ones doing this so I am hesitant to charge them in the camera.

I have an old Neewer charger back when I bought the XT1 so like a decade ago, granted that charges only 1 at a time. but I prefer the built in charging ones these days since I can charge it directly with just a cable. I always travel with a USB-C cable, or they are everywhere, but it's not...

I have 2 of these for my XT5 https://amzn.eu/d/0hJuXzHw It means I don’t need to buy a battery charger at all.

I use these as spares, they work well. I can charge them without a charger too. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DGG6T415?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_7

Anyone know the settings to change in the XT5 to do this? My Viltrox 75/1.2 has a AF-MF switch, but when in MF mode the lens is still doing AF on the XT5. Putting the lens on the XT1 the switch functions perfectly, so I am guessing there is a setting in the XT5 that disables MF in lenses?

    Which pc for lightroom classic

For pure Lightroom use, a Mac Mini. They have discontinued the base model but you can get the one with 512GB of storage for £799 still. You are not going to get a faster machine for £800. Add more external storage and you will be sorted for years.

I only burst at 5fps on my X100VI, 8fps on my Sony (it can do 10fps). Any faster I end up with too many photos and doesn't add or solve anything for what I shoot.
