I will not know the exact figure for a month or so . However the Daily Telegraph print editions are not part of the Rex/Shutterstock subscription deal as indeed neither am I. So I would expect to get about £80. The picture would also not count towards a licence due to it not being a match...

Thanks Kipax. I think I will drop Kelly at DataCo an email so that she can confirm if it is ok to post non match photographs on a forum. I will let you know the outcome. The rag out that I posted was not a press cutting containing the full newspaper article.

This is just arrogant. I would not mind so much Mark if you had the ability to back your arrogance up with some good photography!

I read it differently. I am in effect "Publishing photographic material" of an event that took place in the stadium off the pitch 10 minutes after the game had finished that was "worthy of news reporting" which is allowed by DataCo. The "editorial" refers the words written by a journalist...

I can only quote the late Liverpool manager Bill Shankley who once said "Some people believe football is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that."

    Spitfire at Tibenham airfield

Hi Norkie, It must have been a fantastic sight! If you cut the shutter speed down to say 1/200th you would have more blur in the props creating a sense of movement and working on the shadow details in photoshop would improve these pictures dramatically. Rob

Video on a DSLR - advice req

Students would find it much easier to use a traditional camcorder from Canon or Sony there are several very good models available for under £1000. I just think that having a DSLR is asking for trouble especially with the interchangeable lenses. Traditional camcorders have powered smooth zoom...

Video on a pole thingy ?

All these masts work fine for photography but not for video as there is far to much movement. You would have to stabilise it in post production.

The historic formation flight of the last remaining flying Avro Vulcan and Avro Lancaster's as they pass over RAF Marham in Norfolk. Cheers Rob

    Vintage Lancaster

Just photoshop out the wheels and the reflection of the wheels and it would look like it was practicing for a dam busters raid.
