Very nice Richard. Like the simplicity of the design & the colour scheme throughout. The banner image look slightly smaller on the blog pages, I'm guessing that's because of the scroll bar. Pity the scroll bar couldn't be the same colour scheme as the rest of the site.

Is it just me or has the original shot been altered here ?

How about this then? The 1st edit & a 2nd edit which is darker all round including the background.

hope you don't mind..my version of the crop top some light sharpening & lightening to the eyes as well as cloning out the catchlights some light blurring to the skin around the laughter lines
