Description: After a week with a few lovely sunsets, I get to the weekend and it's grey and dull. Bang goes the mind blowing landscape :D
I snapped a few of Poppy earlier in the day, planning to get a better setup tonight...
Lovely image Mathew - I think you have captured your words very well. Having just lost my dear Dad in November, I too have thought a great deal about time and how we use it. My Dad was quite unique in that he woke every morning happy to be here, I am trying to emulate that.
Hi Simon,

Very deep indeed Marcel but also very true. The image totally captures the words. Sometimes we forget what we mean to others. That's the reason why I have resisted the urge to satisfy my mid life crisis by buying a motorbike
Well done guys
Sue
A very thought provoking image and a reminder to us all. After looking at the cardboard and blankets, I thought that the image would sadly fit in this week's theme for the 52 for 2011 challenge - Accommodation
Chris
Well done for taking the time and effort...
David,
If you look back through the thread, there are a number of us who are a bit nervous about this, so you are not on your own. I would think that you could jump in whenever you are comfortable but don't think that everyone will be producing masterpieces - I won't - in fact, I think I...
Great start Anna  You've captured that lovely "first thing in the morning" look that is so endearing in kids. Your daughter has gorgeous eyes.
If anyone's worried about the standard set by Anna, don't be as I will soon bring it down with my entry on the 29th :D
