Thanks the CV22 is a tilt rotor and can turn its motors to vertical and fly as a helicopter. The props spin slower than a conventional aircraft it took 1/40 to do it!

Hi, I go by the handle Stig, this is due to an earlier career as a stone age man (seriously!) which left me named after "Stig of the dump" in the local press and it kinda stuck... I'm based in East Anglia and my main interest is aviation photography although i will attempt to record anything...
