Why do companies rip off UK customers?

I hope you don't make any use of services provided by the tax I paid on my hard earned money.

You insist on wanting the last word on advising people how to break the law. Probably because financial crime "appears" to be victimless it is ok to offer that advice. So, would you offer advice on drink driving and not getting caught, child pornography sites and other ugly practices? The...

    Tripod for wedding/portrait photograohy

As you mentioned wedding and portrait photography, using a tripod set at a good height (i.e. lower than is probably comfortable for you or else it will be too high) consider if you can fit some right angle viewing thingme on your camera so if the camera is at your chest height(ish) you look down...

Sorry Phil, although I can often be seen supporting Manfrotto products (I got no shares in them BTW), the neotec is cr@p. Most complaints I have ever seen about any manfrotto products.

    Mika Pose & Play

I like them :) Just step back a bit or zoom in a bit less (I am guilty of it too so if I keep saying it I might do it myself). #1 for me for the formality but I can understand why #2 may appeal to you more.

    35mm 1.8 or 11-16mm 2.8 Tonika

The 35mm DX has viewing angle 44 degrees. The 50mm FX has viewing angle 46 degrees on FX but only 31.5 on DX. I was surprised when I figured out that the 35mm on a crop camera was give or take the same as a 50mm on a full frame. Anyway, the 50mm FX may be just borderline for human portraits...
