Thanks again to all who replied :) It seems that if you wish to use the two mentioned stores then you are more than fine with their products and service. That is very reassuring. I have chosen and bought my replacement for the 80D, which is boxed up now ready to send to MPB and it isn't a D500...

@Hertsman Thanks I have found the thread now. I have also had a positive reply back from Tina. As my other questions would be more appropriate to threads like the D500 one I will not note them here. I do feel more confident in using Pan and thanks again to those who offered that reassurance.

@ecoleman I can only imagine that any potential custom issues would be resolved with the assistance of Panamoz, if needed. Perhaps that is why you pay that extra noted from HDEW, as their stock is already UK based.? Thanks for sharing your experience.

@springer - Many thanks to you also. It does continue to reinforce a little confidence when I'm thinking about spending that much money with them to read of successes like yours.
