No had to fill out an online form, should have started to get progress emails. Rang Canon UK kept me on the phone for 1 hour then told me its the cash back people ring them

I did they just ask for it in writing as they tell me they have no record, then they ask for the paper work then tell me its too late? I haven't dreamt this, I did all the stuff it asked but then never got follow up emails
