You're right with the softness of the images, it was pretty hard to focus, i tried both manual & auto, she was quite a dynamic character, swaying from side to side. & since i was firing at 1.4 most of the time *** of the lighting indoors, even so much as a pigeon...
Thank you Rucel! I will admit, the cluttered background can be quite distracting, but of course this wasn't a planned shot per se, all other factors that aren't the subject tend to be pushed aside :p

I did have second thoughts of the crop on the 2nd shot, but if I hadn't cropped, there would've been distracting elements to the shot, (like there was a parked car in the top left & some distracting messy pavement in the foreground)

God damn, that sky looks absolutely gorgeous.
An excellent composition, i prefer it much more in colour, as to me, the contrast between the sky & building is far more striking.

I must say this was a pure fluke shot, obviously I intended to get the gulls in take off, but their formation came as quite the surprise.
It just a shame that the twigs were in the way.

I guess the purpose of each shot was to highlight the bokeh in the first, & the detail representation on the 2nd. & Thanks :)
