Thanks! :D
The heron is definitely my fave of the two - but the redshank was so hard to get (I've tried and failed many times!) - I still love it! :D

Thank you (both!) and Hi also! :D I posted an intro thread when I joined, but that was a rather long time ago - it's only now I'm coming into posting a bit - I think I find the forum a bit daunting in size! :)

Went there a little while ago, as I mentioned on here, where I met Gordon :) Thought I'd post some shots up :) They're not great, I didn't get too lucky with light :shake: but still - one or two came out OK! :)
1. Tree Sparrow
2. Pheasant

Just wanted to pop on to say hello to the lovely chap we met at Fairburn Ings yesterday! We had another great day - and he did advise us of another place to try as well - we're hoping we can, but the weather looks to be not so good - so it depends on the rain to an extent. Failin that, next time...
Thanks! :D That's weird - as I read this thread I saw the last poster... and realised I happen to be listening to Daysleeper by REM right now! :suspect:

Thank you! :)
The photos in the exhibition are 12 x 16 I think... could be wrong though, several of them were different to add a bit of extra interest! :) Thisshot does look wonderful blown up - I plan on having it on my office wall when I get it back too! :D

 Thanks both!
Wil is a duck actually - though I have kept geese in the past - make fantastic guards - chase anyone away - problem is, even people you *want* there!
