Help with set up for lights in a dental practice, photo room.

Yes
never used any type of lighting before but in a dental practice we take patient records, full face, profile, and intra oral. All intra oral is ok we use dental mirrors and a ring flash but to improve full face shots. I was thinking two off camera flash and some sort of back light wall. Any help,or suggestions please?

Some years back I did some shots for a dentist
and the ring flash has proven quite performing
on the 105 macro!
 
You should have a look at the Lester A Dine website....they've been in the forefront of dental photography for 60+ years (I have one of their lenses)
