Flickering on video

Bit of a long shot. This is a small part of a video I took using my D850. In all the time I have had the D850 I have never once used the video function So, I tried to film the northern Lights simply by pressing record thinking I would capture the scene but when I looked back the video if flickering. Is there any way to fix this using software?

it could be a mismatch between your frame rate and shutterspeed.
you generally want your shutter speed to be double that of your frame rate. so if you're filming at 25fps, your shutter should be 1/50 (general rule of thumb).
However, it could also be that your camera is trying to auto expose constantly.
Ideally, you would need to set all manual settings to prevent the camera from taking over anything that is set to AUTO
