The Fabulous Fuji X owners thread

I like to have raw on one card and Joeg on the other, so that when I plug the card into Lightroom I only get the raws. I also like having the jpegs for use with XApp on my phone, to pull an image to share quickly without going through Lightroom. It is a case of whatever works
There is a setting in LR Import Preferences which allows you to treat JPGs as separate files, turn it on it imports both RAW and JPG, turn it off and it only imports the RAWs

I tried the X-T5 out recently and found the grip much comfier than I was expecting, and much better than the X-T1 I had. I don't know if the grip's changed or I've changed but it took me by surprise. I can imagine with the bigger lenses it's not going to be substantial enough though.
I've got the Fuji hand grip on my T5. It makes it very easy and balanced to hold imho.

I got a Small Rig grip which makes all the difference

Paul & Craig have beaten me to it: I have the Smallrig grip on my X-T4 and it absolutely transforms the handling of the camera for me :)

Spent the day at Brands Hatch (Test Day for the Masters Championship tomorrow - back there again!!!) Got loads of images to sort out, but here is a taster, with a 'classic' Brands Hatch View, as the car crests the rise before Druids

Very nice, the Shadows are fantastic looking cars. The masters is one of my favourite events, shame it's not coming to Donington this year, I'm too lazy to travel to Brands ;) There's no Silverstone festival this year either :(

F1 GP Icons are at the new Silverstone Classic at end of July
I never looked at that as I had no idea what the BDRC classic was, however I already have plans that weekend  I have WSBK two weeks before, and the classic motorbikes the week after though so it's not all bad ;)

Nice set Alan! I thought about going down to Classics on the Beach, but I thought it might be stupidly busy, so I had lunch at Wagamama instead :)

Grand set, must ge back up to Sheffield...just up the track from Derby. (y)
Thanks. It unrecognisable these days, I wish I'd done some photography before they'd renovated the Park Hill flats and flattened the Castle Markets.

Sheffield always reminds me of this :ROFLMAO:. Would be great to see some ‘then and now’ photos

Absolute classic.

These flats in the background are the Park Hill Flats I mentioned above, they've had a massive refurb. They were proper run down and dodgy as hell before, very notorious, but they had character. They used them in This Is England 90

This was called the hole in the road, there were shops underneath, one of which was a proper cool clubbing shop. The hole in the road isn't there anymore, it's been filled in and it's a tram stop now.

There is still one block that hasn't been done yet, but it's all been fenced off.
