If they wanted to get me gifts I would have asked for filters, batteries, USB memory cards (easier to store and retrieve then external hard drive), magazine subscription, spare batteries ... and Lush

I got a canon remote shutter for a photo pressie once
unfortunately after only a few months I upgraded and it didn't fit the new canon
