10 Stop ND Exposure Table

Does anyone have a table for a 10 stop ND that gives estimated exposure times for a range of given meter readings without the filter?

I know it's not 100% accurate, but I did have one that I can no longer find and it was a useful guide.

Increase your shutter speed by a factor of 1000 as a rough guide (2^10=1024).

Eg. if is was 1/100 you'll need a 10 second exposure

My brain just refuses to work properly when I try to do it, that's the problem! I'd still appreciate it if anyone has one as a PDF or spreadsheet....
