100-400mm repair advice pls!

While out today my 100-400mm suddenly became a 200-400mm The zoom mechanism seemed fine between 200 and 400mm but at 200mm felt like it had hit a stop. After twisting the focussing ring I heard a click and then all was back to normal.
I guess the old girl needs to go off for repairs and a good service. I'd rather not use Lehmans after a previous experience so was hoping for some recommendations from you good folk

I sent mines off to Canon direct and had no issues what so ever with them, kept upto date via constant emails.

Very quick turnaround. I was getting a 100mm macro fixed and it was a new front element assembly they replaced.

Took a 3/4 days in total from them receiving to me having it back.
