Due to the cheap price i decided to pick up the flash. :)

The instruction it came with were not very useful, so i was just wondering if anyone knew how to set it up onto my camera?

Is it just a case of sticking it on and putting it to ETTL?

you will need to put the camera to an external flash setting, as well as something with the flash.

Having neither the camera or the flash, i am probably not the best person to answer, but had a few moments I needed to fill. :)
 
well it all works when setup via ETTL.

just wondered how to get the right setting to get a correct exposure. :(
 
Is it just generally over exposing every image by the same amount? If so you need to look for a setting to reduce this. On the Nikon I set EV to -0.7 or -1.0 and this corrects it for me.
 
Just picked one up today,Shame i missed the 39.99 ones,but still happy for 69.99.
Only tried a couple of shots so far,just to make sure was working OK with the off camera lead etc.
Had no problems with exposure on auto settings,but havent had time for anything else yet.
Was just a case of fitting it to the body and turning both on.
 
cheers guys, it seems all is good - even when i change the shutter speed or iso or F# the flash changes so the exposures are all the same and correct :)
