Wondering if anyone has had to do this before, and could provide help. On my 1D3 ive managed to loose both covers on the site for the usb port/cable release etc, and i also managed to loose the screw in bung for the wi-fi plug (i think it is) the other day at a wedding also!

Taped them up for the minute as i dont want it getting rained on..but does anyone know if you can buy replacements anywhere, or is it best to talk to canon direct?

You could try Canon Elstree. They gave me a cap for the wifi port FOC and may just help you out similarly.
