I currently use a 4GB Sandisk Extreme IV in my 1D3.

However I'd like to take advantage of the dual memory card slots so that i can shoot both Raw and Jpeg as I am currently trying to make the transition from Raw to Jpeg to speed up my PP. But i'm still at a level where i'd like the Raw file for peace of mind incase I mess up the exposure.

Will this card be quick enough for shooting sports at 10FPS?

SD card are speed rated by class, ie class 4,6,10.

The card that you are looking at is a class 4, so not the quickest you can buy.
I would recommend a class 6 or higher.

Maybe something like this class 6 card.

Yes, that looks good as well.

Just look for a class 6 or 10 card, the class number is usually marked on the card with a circle around it.
