1Dmiii focus screen question

How would you tell which focus screen is fitted to a 1Dmiii? Is it possible without removing it?
I ask as my (used) 1Dmiii is set for option 2 (Ec-A,B,C,CII,CIII,D,H,I,L) I believe the standard is option 1
I wonder if it's set right as I am having (over) exposure issues. I can't get hold of the previous owner right to ask him, hence my question.

The screen type is usually, but not always, engraved on the screen' tab, Tara.
It's easy to remove and refit screens on the 1D3 so you'll have no problems.

Update, I had a look and sure enough it was the standard C IV screen, might get on a bit better with the camera now!
