1DS MK II V 5D Mk II or III

Hi, I have the Canon 1 DS MK II but as my age goes up so does the weight of this camera, don't get me wrong it is a really top notch piece of kit, built to last but I am considering selling and going for the 5D MK II or III, I also own 600D and do like the live view option. Unfortunately where I live you cannot go into a shop and try out camera bodies so for anyone who has owned both the 5D II and the 5D III what one would you go for please?

I've got a 1Ds Mk2 and a 5D3 if that helps, you'd not regret the move. The AF is even better than the 1 series, the IQ is better, the high ISO handling is out of this world (I'll shoot at 6400 and not worry at all about doing so), the LCD screen is a measure better than the 1Ds2 and you've still got dual card slots. I find the reduced weight a big plus (I've got a neck injury).
