Good first image. Can't see the exif so am going to guess you used a really wide aperture as only 1 or 2 seed heads are in focus. Think the image would be improved with a higher DOF at this angle.
If you're going to use a wide aperture, like this then I'd prefer the image compositiion more angled, so that the few points of focus are more deliberately place. (I hope you get what I'm trying to type!).
