1st go at Milk Drop

Hi this was my first go trying to catch a milk drop.

A little edit in ps. How did i do any tips for next go

Very nice it's nice and sharp, good detail too I would like to have seen a small amount of colour in there

A bit of food colouring into the milk is a good place to start

Very good, but I do not know what has happened here as the drops look very matt and dull, generally they are glossy and vibrant.

I think this is a little underexposed, maybe more flash to give some gloss to the drop insted of the black shadows.

Great try though!

i think they look great, i like the angle. when i used milk i thinned it down a little with water and food colouring.

Nice image especially as you say you are new to this I'm interested to how you have lit this milk drops generally need some light from the front to make them pop. A little tip would be to add a one pixel black stroke outline to seperate the image from the page

i actually like the 'MATT' finish to the drops... gives a luxuriousness feel
