1st time with macro lens

I had bought a macro lens last week but never got the time to try it out until today when I finished work early.

I still need to get used to focus and distance but would like C&C on these so I can improve.

#3 - Daughters eye (age 3)

#4 - My finnger print (sorry for dirty hand's but had just finished work)

#5 - Daisy from back garden

#6 - Son's eye (age 7months)

just a jessops flash gun that sits on top of the body.

Is there a problem, with lighting?
