1 - Nice exposure, sharp eyes although her mouth and chin seem oof? Also looks like a tiny bit of motion blur on her arm

2 - The blacks are too dark, can you lift them a bit?

just something about models with dark hair on a dark background look great! for me anyway lol

Skin looks a tadge over-smoothed for my taste, but other than that a couple of quite nice portraits there...
#1 looks a little over-lightened overall, whereas #2 looks about right exposure and P&P-wise.
The biggest issue I have is the lack of a background or hair-light to 'lift' her away from the background...
