20% off at artisan obscura

Store location shows one in France where you won't get caned for VAT and maybe import duty as well. Trouble is that it's in French and it isn't clear to me that the discount applies there. Are you able to clarify this please?
 
I don't work for them or anything like that, I've bought from them before and I've joined there loyalty scheme which gives you a rep code enabling a few points for me and a 20% discount for anyone that uses it.
There's a stockist in France but that's all. On the three occasions I've ordered
I just order straight from the states and the package gets delivered straight to the door, I've not had to pay any import duty.
