28mm f/2.8 AF Nikkor - anyone use one?

Are you on about this lens by anychance Nikon-28mm-f2.8-AF

As regards to reviews all I can find is the AF-D or AIS reviews -looking at that I would have assumed it was the AIS version... Have you thought about a 35mm AF-D :shrug:

Yes thats the one! :D I rung up, it was sold though this morning :(


Ill look at the 35 as well :thumbs: Is that what you use?

I did when I had a D300s as it gave the same as a 50mm on a FF body... Then I sold it - god only knows why thou, so ended up back with the 50mm...

but no doubt will trade it in for a Nikon 35mm f2 AF-D at some stage

I did ask about the 24, 28 & 35mm in a previous thread 28mm thread maybe worth a read to you.....
