2nd Body Options

Hi All,
Well I am now in the market for a 2nd body to provide a bit of backup as I am doing more and more work now. Getting ready to make the jump to full time too, when I say getting ready I mean in the next year. Anyway, I love my 7D and have got very comfortable with it. So looking for something go with it.

I was thinking 5d MkII to add a FF body to my collection, I don't want to spend loads, but was looking around £1200ish buy open to options.

I have the following lenses,

24 - 105 L
100 - 400 L
50mm 1.2 L

Just bought the 85mm 1.2 L also

So all these will go OK with the FF.

Any other options I should look at? Will be used a fair amount in my new studio, but also as one of two bodies for events.

the 85L on a 5DII would be a killer combo.

To be honest, unless you often shoot fast moving stuff, I'd imagine you'll quickly end up using the 5DII as your main body and the 7D as a back up.

Sweet, this is what I was thinking. I also do a lot of wildlife stuff (for own pleasure only) and the 7D gives me that extra reach that is great.

But I think the combo of a crop and FF with the same lenses gives me more options

Want to make the right choice, I think the 5D MkII is going to be the right one.

I cant wait for the 85L to turn up, was a killer deal too, so had to get it, would have been rude not too.
