3 Legged thing? Tripod....

Hi everyone,

Just wondering whether anybody here owns one of these, and can tell me what they think of it.

I like their modern styling and their snazzy advertising seems to be having an effect on me- BUT is there anything which would be better value?

I'm thinking about one of the travel tripods, maybe the X1a Adrian & AH2 Kit.

Any thoughts?

Hi

I have the Eddie and it's a very nice piece of kit.Very light and folds up nice and small.Certainly a lot more user friendly to carry about than my old frotto.
I did have a problem with the rubbers on the locks slipping when the tripod got wet but they came back to normal when it dried out.

I'm quite interested in the ball head they sell. The smallest travel tripod size one. Just wonder if it will hold 5Dii and 24-70L, as this is quite a heavy combination.
