30mb ultra or extreme

is there a major difference? thinking of buying some more cards

i've been using the ultra 30mbs from my d300 on the d3 and not really noticed any problems and i'm not into motorsports or anything that requires shedloads of buffer writing

so suggested card would be?

Extreme III was 30mbs, now Extreme and 60mbs
Ultra 2 was 15ish, now just Ultra and 30mbs
Extreme IV was 45mbs, now Extreme Pro and 90mbs.

Ive just bought a couple of 8gig extremes to go in my D3 and they do seem faster writing, but I dont use rapid fire very often. What I have noticed though is that they are much faster when downloading to the pc.

Dont buy a non branded name one.

Made that mistake, it worked for about 2 weeks then failed.

Luckily managed to send it back and get refund, bought the real deal.

aye i've always bought sandisks, just noticed i've mistyped in my original post i meant i use the old 4gb extremes in my d3 not that it really makes a difference
