35 mm lens for Nikon

I am looking to buy a 35 mm lens for my D300. At the moment its between the new 35 f1.8 AFS or the older AF f2, both Nikon.
There is also the new Tokina 35 mm f2.8 macro. Has anybody got this lens and what do they think of it. I can't find any reviews of it anywhere.

Have you looked at the Sigma 30mm 1.4? I've got one and it's fantastic, haven't used the 35mm though.
 
My girl friends Nikkor 35mm f1.8 is a great but if kit. I have the Sigma f1.4 my self and would also highly recommend it. Never used the Tokina sorry
