Hi, im just after some info about using my speedlite on my 350D. I have trying looking at both manuals but not really found much help yet.
Im new to the speedlite so please bare with me...
Ok, so at first i couldnt figure out why it wouldnt flash or detect the focal length ETC and then realised it only seems to do this, if the angle is facing straight fowards. So my question is.... what happens if i want to bounce the flash up? How do i get it to fire and detect the setting etc?
Its in ETTL mode.... is there anything else i "need" to do, ive literally attacthed to my 350D and turn both on...
Before this, i used a yungou flash thingy for £30odd that flashinthepan sells but the buttons wouldnt work properly and was a bit unreliable so i opted for a good one, but at the moment besides it hopefully being more reliable im not seeing any benifits although i KNOW there are, could some1 quickly list the benefits of this flash so i can have a good read up about them.
Thanks
Andy
