3D photos with your Canon DSLR possible

It's designed primarily for use with 35mm slide film, so you'll need a full frame body for it to work at all.

It splits the image vertically in the frame and then provides a binocular viewer for you to look at the completed slide in 3D, similar to the Viewmaster kids toy

The one on eBay has an M42 mount 58mm lens and an EF adapter. Stop down metering and manual focus only, which might be trickier with a half frame image.

Getting it onto a 3d TV, you'll have to wait for someone better qualified than me to answer :)
