My Brian tripod bag's handle started to come away... Emailed them, reply within the hour. Sent photo... Instant reply...o dear that look's broken, we'll send you a new one. Free of charge. It would have arrived two days later but I delayed it as we were away. Here now. All shiny and new. Great service.
