3rd Party LPE6 battery problem

I've got a strange issue where my 2 non-oem LPE6 batteries don't work with my charger anymore.

I bought them whilst I was still using my 60D and they worked as well as my Canon genuine battery - however since I changed over to my 5D II I don't actually remember using them for the 2 months since (battery life on LP-E6 and 5DII seems to be too awesome) and now when I put them into the charger they start charging but indicate fully charged far too quickly for it to be true.

One explanation I can think of is that the recharge cycle has been messed up because they stayed depleted for a long time, OR the other problem may be something to do with the American 2-pin charger I am using with an adaptor - I somehow can't believe both batteries would die at the same time...

Anybody got any explanations??? Worst case scenario I may have to buy some replacements but just wondering whether it is theoretically possible that the American charger has something to do with this.

I have a 2 pin american charger with my 7D and a 3 pin english charger with my 5D2 and I've got 2 genuine and 6 3rd party batteries. All of mine will charge on both the chargers and give the correct info when used in either camera. After your charger says they are charged have you tried them in the camera. Might be worth trying to charge them and deplete them a few times just to see if they will get back into a proper charging cycle.
