I got one of these just the other week. Amazon had gone out of stock, but it reappeared and I just ordered it then. Took about 4 days for delivery.
I'm not sure how Amazon supply these, if they wait on one big consignment from 47th Street Photo or some other method.

Maybe worth checking out your local john lewis, I got the canon grip from there for £75 between christmas and new year as if they were getting shut of them. I can't find it listed on the website any more but stores may still have some in the website didn't have stock anyway.
