I can't get my Sunpak PF-30X to work with my 500D :nuts::help:

I tried 2 SunPaks with no luck!!

Menu doesn't give me access and both flashes worked with my 450D

Both are ETTLII

have you tried cleaning the pins on your camera hotshoe mount....I had the same problem with my Fuji S3 Pro...its working fine now
 
This is only a hunch, but I recall something about some new Canon cameras not working correctly with some existing third party guns. It can usually be fixed by the distributer though.

Yup!! you were right, Intro2020 are the worst company ever, just got a Canon flash gun instead
