50D focus screen

50D focus screen has anyone changed theirs as I think it can be changed
If so what screen have you got any why?

you can change it to one with grid lines, which would be nice, but personally i dont want to take the risk

There nice and easy to change, I have split prism that helps with manual focus, but it needs very good light.

Where did you get your screen from? how much do they cast?

I got a cheap one from china via the evilbay it was about £15.00, but it needs good light and fast glass, I think the Kats eyes one's are better but more expensive.

I got a proper canon one. Dead easy to change. Mine has grid lines.

got a grid one and wouldnt be without it! bought of a member here 2nd hand.. you can judge horizontals better and makes framing easier imo.

Bit off topic - but got an Ee-S for my 5D and find it a lot more usable than the standard one. AF seems more accurate, buts that's almost certainly my imagination!
